Teepee FAQs

How much room do i need?

Each tent is length 190cm x width 90cm x height 115cm. The overall measurements including the breakfast tray is 225cm x 90cm for each tent.

Are you insured?

Yes we have public liability insurance, and are happy to send you a copy.

What ages are the teepees suitable for?

The recommended age is 5 years - 12 years.

How long does it take to set up and pack up?

We want your party to look its best so are times vary from 45 minutes - 90 minutes depending on the extras such as balloons.

Are the teepees suitable for outdoor use?

Unfortunately they are for indoor use only.

Do you use duvets?

No we use soft cosy large blankets instead of duvets so that we can wash them after every use, unlike duvets where we would only be able to wash the covers. We find this is much more hygenic and children are usually warm enough under the teepees with the blankets and pjs on, we would prefer you to turn the heating on a little for one night instead of use duvets which can’t be thoroughly washed after every use.

Which areas do you cover?

We travel 40 miles from settle, North yorkshire. Please see our drop down postcode list on the bookings calendar where our delivery charges are found.

Is the bedding washed after each use?

Yes it certainly is, we wash all covers, blankets etc and thoroughly clean and disinfect the trays and accessories.

 
 

Cancellations / payment / Deposit

To reserve and book your party date via our booking system you are required to pay a £50 deposit at the time of booking. Once we have collected and inspected the equipment for damages this will then be returned to you within 5 working days if no damages have occurred.

The full party charge will be payable 7 days prior to your party date.

Cancellations are accepted subject to a minimum of 28 days notice, in this case we will refund you the £50 deposit amount, however for cancellations less than 28 days notice the deposit is non - refundable.

What if something gets broken or damaged?

Accidents do happen occasionally, if an item is unable to be repaired we will source a replacement item and minus this amount from the deposit, however if it exceeds the deposit amount we will invoice you for the cost.
