Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted but must be made at least 7 days in advance of the event in order to not incur a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will be subjected to 50% cancellation fee.
Refusal of delivery including inadequate space/ bad weather/ or any other factors beyond our control will be paid for in full.

All times must be confirmed by us. Items must be collected by 6pm unless otherwise discussed
* Please note we do not set up equipment on concrete or hard standing external areas for safety reasons and also risk of damage to our equipment. We require a level grass area or inside ie village halls etc. You will be required to pay the replacement costs for any equipment damaged during your hire session.
